Thank you for entrusting your photos to us. We try to make the process of creating a photo for your passport or other use as painless and efficient as possible. If, however, you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, our refund policy for our photo service is listed below.

When you complete your photo order, you will receive an email verifying your purchase along with your order # and details. You will also see this screen:

  1. If you have paid for your order and we have not begun working on your photos, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. If you have paid for your order and we have begun working on your photos, you are eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the amount paid.
  3. If you have not received your photos in the mail, we can ship them to you again for free. We can also arrange to have them available for you to pick up at your nearest CVS or Walgreens. Note: CVS and Walgreens may charge a small fee for printing your photo.
  4. If you cannot print your digital photos, we can ship them to you for an additional cost of $3.95 or we can arrange to have them available for you to pick up at your nearest CVS or Walgreens. Note: CVS and Walgreens may charge a small fee for printing your photo.

Customers who don’t take any action on their incomplete orders will forfeit their payment five (5) years after their payment was received. In addition, iVisa will provide a refund within six (6) months from the date when the order was placed/made depending on the order status as outlined in this policy above. In these cases, iVisa will provide a credit that can be used for any other services offered by iVisa.
