We are here to help you apply for your eVisa and other travel documents. This article will help to walk you through completing your application. You will need to have all of your travel information handy in order to complete your application.
*Please keep in mind that we are helping you complete your application so it can be submitted to the required government agency. The questions asked in the application are the exact questions the government wants you to answer. If you do not provide the requested information, the government can reject your application. We are a third-party service provider applying on your behalf with the information you provide. We are not a government agency.
There are 2 steps to applying:

The first step to creating your application is to go to our site.
From there, you can start your application by entering your information into the drop down at the top of the site.
Or you can click on the “How to Apply?” button in the upper right of the page.
“Nationality as in Passport” is the nationality of the passport you are using to travel
“Traveling to” is your destination
Once you enter that information, click on the green “Get Started!” button.
Our system will then tell you what documents we offer and it will also tell you what the cost will be to purchase the visa or other travel document. We do not offer visas for every country. If we do not offer a visa, you will still need to check with your embassy to verify if you need a visa or not.
“As fast as: 30 minutes” means that we can process your application and submit it to the government in as fast as 30 minutes. Once we have submitted your application, we do not control nor can we guarantee the time it takes for the government to review your application and issue your visa.
Click on the green “Apply Now” button to move to the next screen.
On this screen, you will need to enter in your general information to start the application. Please make sure you fill this out accurately for this information will be entered into your application.
If you have more than one person traveling with you such as a spouse or children, you will need to click on the blue “Add New Applicant” button. This will allow you to add their information in next.
Once you have entered in all of the necessary information, you can select the processing speed for your order and any additional services. The total will reflect all of your choices.
You will need to pay for your order before you can complete the rest of your application. Once you make your payment, then you will be shown how to create your account and finish your application.
The next screen shows you the information you entered so you can review it and it has the fields for you to enter in your payment information. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
After your payment is processed, you will be directed to a new screen and a pop-up appears with your order number and verification that we have received your order.
Clicking on the blue “OK” button, will remove the pop-up and you can now create your account using the email address you provided and a password.
The email address in your application will be pre-filled in the email line and then you will need to enter a password. Once you do so, you will be logged into your account.
You can now see your order and you can finish entering in the required information.
This is the second step of your application. It is very important to note that you are not done with your application yet. You have only paid for the visa and created an account. Until you fill out the rest of the application and where necessary upload photos of yourself and your passport, you have not actually applied for a visa or other travel documents.
After you login, the first screen you will see is the screen to enter your personal information. The second screen is uploading your documents and photos.
Once you enter in your personal information, click on the green “Save and Continue” button at the bottom of the page.
This screen shows that you have completed your personal information. You can see the circle is green. The blue circle shows you are now working on the document section of your application.
You can see we need an application photo.
And then a little further down, you can upload your documents.

When you have finished uploading your documents, click the green “Submit Application” button at the bottom. If, for some reason you need to return to the screen with your personal information on it, you can click the word “Previous” next to the green button.
A status window will appear.
Once it is done, you will be returned to your application status.
Congratulations! Your application has now been submitted! Our team of experts will review the information you have provided and let you know if we need any additional information or documentation.
This screen again provides your order number as well as the status of your order as it moves through processing. Once we submit your order to the government, your status will change to “Waiting on Government”. Our processing times refer to the time from when you complete your application (including if you take additional time to send in other requested items) to when we submit your application to the government. After we submit your application to the government, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for the government to process your order. We will check your order regularly and as soon as the government issues your visa or other travel documents, we will immediately notify you via email. In that email, we will attach a copy of your visa and/or other travel documents. You can also find your documents in your account.
