Follow these steps and your invoice will be with you in minutes!
📌 Step 1:
Login to your account by entering either your registered email address and password or your assigned order number and password.
📌 Step 2:
Click on the “My orders” text.
📌 Step 3:
Click on the order you would like to go to.
📌 Step 4:
Once you’ve chosen which order you would like to view, you’ll be directed to all the details of your order.
📌 Step 5:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Order information” section.
Click on the “Invoice” button, and your invoice will automatically open.
To download your invoice, click on the download icon found in the top right corner of the PDF.

On the iVisa app.

📌 Step 1:
Please note, If you have not downloaded the iVisa app, you’ll need to go to your App Store or Play Store, download our app, and then continue with the steps in this guide.
On your phone, go to the iVisa app and tap on “Account”.
📌 Step 2:
Once you’re logged in, go to the bottom left of the page and tap on "Home".
📌 Step 3:
Wait for the page to load. Once it has, all your orders will appear.
At the bottom of each order, look for the invoice section.
Go to the order you want, tap on “Invoice”, and your document will automatically load on your screen.
📌 How do I download my invoice? Select “Share document” found at the bottom of the page. Then download options will be available for you to choose from.
