Denial Protection is an add-on that guarantees a full refund if your application is rejected by the government.
It applies only when the rejection comes from the government authority.
The refund is automatic and does not require additional requests.
The refund is issued regardless of the reason for rejection.
What does the refund include?
If your application is rejected, and you purchased Denial Protection, your refund may include:
Government fees
Service fees
Standard processing fees
Rush processing fees
Add-ons
Subscription fees
Important note: The Denial Protection fee itself is non-refundable, as stated in our refund policy.
Where and when can I add Denial Protection?
You can add Denial Protection during checkout in the “Review Your Order” section, right before completing your payment.
Important note: Once the order is placed, Denial Protection cannot be added afterward.
What happens if my application is rejected?
If your application is rejected and Denial Protection was purchased:
Your refund is processed automatically.
You’ll receive an email notification confirming the rejection and refund.
The refund is sent right away, but it may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Multiple applicants in the same order
If an order includes two or more applicants:
Only the rejected applicant will receive a full refund.
Approved applicants in the same order are not refunded.
Each applicant must have Denial Protection for it to apply individually.
