If you need faster processing, you can choose a new speed–either Rush or Super-Rush–directly from your account.
Before upgrading, please note:
Only eVisas are eligible for upgrades
Only orders in Incomplete, Received, or Reviewed status can be upgraded
Upgrades speed up iVisa review times; but government processing times stay the same
A Super-Rush order can't be upgraded; it's the fastest speed available
To proceed with the upgrade, follow our step-by-step instructions.
1. Log in to your iVisa account.
2. Find your order and select the arrow next to "Find out why."
3. Select the "Need it sooner?" text.
You'll find this text at the top left of the screen under your order number.
4. Select the processing speed you'd like.
You can also add any other options to your order if you wish.
When you're ready, select "Purchase" at the bottom of the popup.
After purchasing the new delivery time, you'll be directed to your order summary.
