If you’re having trouble accessing your iVisa account, don’t worry — there are a few easy ways to get back in.

Option 1: Log in using an automatic login link (password-free)

If you enter an incorrect password, iVisa automatically sends a secure login link to your registered email address. But you can also request this link manually.

Steps:

  1. Go to the iVisa login page.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Select “Get a password-free login link.”

  4. Check your email for a message with the subject “Here’s your automatic login link.”

  5. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

  6. Open the email and select “Log in.”

  7. You will be logged into your account without entering a password.

Important: After logging in with the automatic link, it is recommended to reset your password for security purposes.

Option 2: Reset your password while logged in

Use this option if you can already access your account and want to change your password.

Steps:

  1. Select My Account from the navigation menu (located under your name).

  2. Go to Security & Privacy.

  3. Enter a new password.

  4. Save the changes.

Option 3: Reset your password from the login page

Use this option if you cannot log in at all.

Steps:

  1. Go to the iVisa login page.

  2. Select “Forgot password.”

  3. Enter the email address used to create your account.

  4. Check your email for a message with the subject “Reset your password.”

  5. Check your spam or junk folder if the email is not in your inbox.

  6. Open the email and select “Reset password.”

  7. Create and save a new password.

Troubleshooting Login or Password Reset Links

If the automatic login link or password reset link does not open:

  • Try opening the link in a different browser.

  • Try opening the link on another device.

  • Confirm your internet connection is stable.

  • If the problem continues, contact iVisa support for assistance.

Error: “There Is No Account Associated With That Email Address”

If you receive this error message:

  • Verify the spelling of the email address you used when applying.

  • Confirm that your application was submitted through ivisa.com or the official iVisa mobile app.

  • Ensure the application was not submitted on a government website or through a different company.

  • If the issue persists, contact iVisa support and provide any order information you may have.
