The iVisa Refund Policy

A comprehensive guide on how to request a refund.

Written by Claudia VB

Your payment has two parts:

  • iVisa service fee: what you pay us to process your application.

  • Government fees and add-ons: what we pay to the government on your behalf.

The refund terms for each payment depends on which product you purchased and its order status when requesting a refund. You can’t get a refund if the order was created more than 3 months ago or, the order has been inactive for 3 months
