How to find my order?

A step-by-step guide.

On the web.

Step 1:

Go to the iVisa home page and click the “Login” button at your screen's top right.

Step 2:

Login to your account by entering either your registered email address and password or your assigned order number and password - you can find your order number in any of our emails sent to you.

Step 3:

Once you're in your account, go to the top right of your screen and click on the arrow next to your name. A menu will open, then click on “My orders”.

Step 4:

Once you’ve selected “My orders”, your orders will appear on your screen. Then, select the order you would like to view.

Step 5:

Finally, a summary of your order, including its status and when you can expect it to be complete, will be shown.

  • The status “our agents have submitted your application to the government”, means that our team has successfully received and carefully reviewed your application to ensure it is government-compliant, and then sent it to the government for processing.

  • The status “waiting on government” means that we've sent your application to the government and we're now awaiting their response. As soon as we receive their approval, we'll swiftly proceed to complete your order and get your travel document ready for delivery!

The above is just an example of an order. The information can change according to the state of your order.

On the iVisa app.

Step 1:

If you don’t have the app, you'll need to download it on the App Store or PlayStore.

  1. Once downloaded, go to the iVisa app, and tap on “Account”.

  2. Login to your account by entering either your registered email address and password or your assigned order number and password - you can find your order number in any of our emails sent to you.

  3. Tap on the "Continue" button.

Step 2:

After logging in, Tap on the “Home” button.

Step 3:

Wait for the page to load. Once it has, all your orders will appear.

  • The status “application in review”, means that our agents have received your order and are reviewing your answers to make sure your application is government-compliant. This is just an example of an order. The information can change according to the status of your order.
