To delete your account, you'll need to first download the iVisa app. If you can't download the app, contact us and our customer support team will help you deleting your account.
If you already have the app, follow these 5 steps—it'll take less than a minute.
1. Log in to our app and select "Me" on the menu at the bottom right of your screen.
2. Select the "Security & Privacy" option.
3. Select the three vertical dots at the top right.
The option to delete your account will appear.
4. Choose a reason and then select "Delete my account."
Important: Deleting your account will remove all data, including account details, travel documents, and visas. Keep your account active to retain this information, or save it elsewhere.
