Do you need your travel document ASAP! First, you need to understand where you are in the application process. You will need to login to your account and find your order to view the status. The most common statuses are:

1) Application in Review / In Progress

2) Actions Needed / Incomplete

3) Waiting on Government

4) Scheduling Appointment

5) Complete

What should I expect if I am in one of these statuses:

Application in Review / In Progress - You have successfully completed the application and our team will start working on it shortly. We prioritize applications using an algorithm that takes into consideration travel dates, processing speed (standard, rush, super rush) and how long the government usually takes to process the documents. We kindly ask clients to be patient while we process all applications. Please reach out to us if your trip dates are approaching and you believe you are in danger of missing your trip.

Actions Needed / Incomplete - Action is required as we need more information from you. We have reviewed your application and need to correct some issues so we avoid government rejection. We always send an email with the application questions that needs to be fixed along with an explanation of the issue. Please review your inbox (and spam) to review the items.

Waiting on Government - Your application was submitted and we are waiting to hear back from the government. This can be the most frustrating part of the process because we depend on the government to provide the necessary documents. As we process thousands of applications per month, we generally have a good idea of turnaround times and provided this timeframe during the application process. Sometimes delays occur because governments have local holidays or are understaffed during high season. We understand its hard to be patient when travel dates are near, but unfortunately travelers might need to start looking at alternative travel dates if visa on arrivals are not available.

Scheduling Appointment - (does not apply to e-visas) We have reviewed your application and are actively working to secure the earliest available appointment for you. Our team engages in this ongoing process daily to ensure we find the best time slots for our customers.

Complete - The best order status! We have sent the documents to you via email and you are ready to go! Please check your inbox (and spam) in case you did not receive the documents. You can also easily download from your account area.
