A 100% refund is given if your application has not been reviewed.
This means your application's status is either:
Incomplete: There’s still pending information for you to complete.
Received: You’ve completed your form and uploaded your documents, and we are preparing your application for review.
A partial refund (75% of the processing fee) is given if your application is under review.
This means your application's status is either:
Reviewed: We’ve reviewed your information and your application is under internal validation before submission.
Info needed: We’ve reviewed your application and require additional information to continue processing.
No refund is given if your application is with the government.
This means your application's status is either:
Waiting on gov: Your application has been processed and submitted to the government.
Complete or rejected by gov: Our service has been delivered and the government has made a final decision on your application.
If the government rejects your application, you won't receive a refund unless you purchased Denial Protection with your order.
All these conditions apply to Standard, Rush, and Super-Rush processing times.
Appointment-required visas

If the final draft of the application has been shared with the applicant, the processing fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
No refund is given if we have submitted your application to the government.
This means your application's status is either:
Waiting on Gov: Your application has been processed and submitted to the government (all the fees have been paid).
Scheduling: We’ve processed your application and paid for the government fees, and we’re currently looking for the earliest slot to arrange your appointment.
Scheduled: We’ve processed your application and paid for the government fees, and we’ve successfully scheduled your appointment.
Complete or rejected by gov: Our service has been delivered and the government has made a final decision for your application.
For the New Zealand Visitor Visa:
A 100% refund is given if your application is under internal review.
This means your application's status is either:
Incomplete: There’s still pending information for you to complete.
Received: You’ve completed your form and uploaded your documents, and we are preparing your application for review.
Info needed: We’ve reviewed your information and there’s information missing for us to process the application.
No refund is given if we have submitted your application to the government.
This means your application's status is either:
Waiting on Gov: Your application has been processed and submitted to the government (all the fees have been paid).
Complete or rejected by gov: Our service has been delivered and the government has made a final decision for your application.

Passport Renewals
Up to 100% refund is granted if we have not submitted your application to the government.
This means your application's status is either:
Incomplete: Actions Needed – Your form still needs to be completed
Application in Review – We’re reviewing your application and will contact you if anything is needed
Action Required: Provide More Information – We’re waiting on additional details from you
Prepare for shipping (USPS option only): Your documents are being prepared for mailing but haven’t been sent yet
If there is a mistake on your new passport: We will proactively work with you to correct errors
No refund is given if your application has been submitted to the government.
This means your application's status is either:
Waiting on government (online option only): Your application is now with the government for processing
Order closed (online option only): Your new passport is on its way
Order closed (USPS option only): Your USPS renewal package has been sent and will arrive soon
If the government rejects your application, you won't receive a refund unless the government refunds the official application fee. This is at the discretion of the government agency.
This applies to Standard, Rush, and Super-Rush processing times.
iVisa+ subscriptions
If you’re a new iVisa+ subscriber, you’re eligible for a 100% refund if:
You purchased iVisa+, but haven't used the subscription benefits within 30 days of purchasing
If you're an existing iVisa+ subscriber, you’re eligible for a refund of your subscription cost if:
Your plan auto-renews, but you haven’t used the iVisa+ benefits within 30 days of the renewal date

Overview of cancellation reasons
Your application may be cancelled for the following reasons:
Incomplete information: If required details (such as purpose of travel, invitation letter, or travel proof with correct dates) are missing or not submitted on time, your application may be cancelled.
Tip: Carefully completing all required fields helps avoid cancellation and delays.Duplicate applications: If more than one application is submitted for the same traveler, duplicates may be cancelled to prevent redundancy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds typically take up to 14 business days (Monday–Friday) to appear in your account.
If your order remains inactive for 3 months, it will be automatically cancelled, and refunds will not be available.
If your application has already been submitted to the government, iVisa cannot issue a refund.
If your application is rejected by the government, you won’t receive a refund unless you purchased Denial Protection with your order.
How to request a refund

Enter the 6-digit verification code (if requested)
Provide your reason for requesting a refund, and our chatbot will automatically generate your refund
To receive a refund, you must:
Meet the criteria described in our Refund Policy. If you're not eligible, our chatbot will confirm and provide a reason
Enter your registered email correctly
Important:
Once the refund is approved, the funds are released immediately.
If you purchased denial protection, and the government rejects your application, the refund will be automatically processed.
How long does it take for a refund to appear in your account?
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund and up to 14 business days (Mondays to Fridays) for your refund to reflect in your account.
Once we approve your refund, it's sent immediately. If you don't see the money in your account after 14 business days, please contact your bank.
