What is iVisa's Refund Policy?
Find out when you qualify for a refund, and where to ask for it

Travel Documents, Photos, and Renewals

  • Travel document service fee refund amounts are based on the status of your order as outlined below:

    • Status is “Received Application” or “In Progress”: 100% refund

    • Status is “Information Needed”: up to 90% refund

    • Status is “Waiting on Government” or “Complete”: Not refundable

    • Status is “Rejected/Canceled”: up to 100% refund (*)

  • For Guided Visas: (Such as United States B1/B2, UK Visitor Visa, Canada Visitor Visa, Australia Visitor Visa, Schengen Visas, and China Visas)

    • Status is “Received Application” or “Incomplete”: 100% refund of the iVisa processing fees, provided that it has not transitioned to any other status previously.

    • Status is “Reviewed” or “Information Needed”: up to 75% refund of the iVisa processing fees.

    • Status is “Scheduling”: up to 50% refund of the iVisa processing fees

    • Status is “Scheduled”, “Rejected”, “Complete”: not refundable.

  • Requests for refund can only be made within 6 months of your travel date.

  • Any government fees that have been paid for an application are not eligible for a refund.

  • For Guided Visas: (Such as United States B1/B2, UK Visitor Visa, Canada Visitor Visa, Australia Visitor Visa, Schengen Visas, and China Visas)

  • Status is “Received Application” or “Incomplete”: 100% refund of the iVisa processing fees, as long as it has not yet been in any other status before.

Status is “Reviewed” or “Information Needed”: up to 75% refund of the iVisa processing fees.

Status is “Scheduling”: up to 50% refund of the iVisa processing fees

Status is “Scheduled”, “Rejected”, “Complete”: not refundable.

iVisa Plus

Cancellations

  • In case you do not wish to renew your subscription to iVisa, you can request your cancellation at any time by emailing us at help@ivisa.com. To prevent automatic renewal, make sure you do it at least 3 days before your current billing cycle ends.

  • Make sure you use the email address that you used to subscribe to iVisa Plus so we can find your subscription.

  • Please include the following: (1) Your order number (if you have it) and (2) The reason you’re requesting a cancellation.

  • Once your cancellation request becomes effective, your subscriber benefits will continue until the end of the current yearly billing cycle but all future charges associated with iVisa Plus will be canceled.

Refunds

  • If you haven’t used your subscription benefits, you can request a refund of your subscription fee up to 7 days after subscribing to iVisa Plus.

  • If you have used your subscription benefits already, you can request a refund only if you purchased the subscription at the same time as a travel document, and that travel document is rejected by the government

  • Any other reasons outside of the above-mentioned will not be applicable for a refund of the subscription fee.

  • Government fees for any application are not refundable.

How do I request a refund?

  • You can request your refund by emailing us at help@ivisa.com.

  • Make sure you use the email address that you used to purchase your order or subscribe to iVisa Plus so we can find your purchase.

  • Please include the following: (1) Your order number and (2) The reason you’re requesting a refund.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

  • It can take up to 3 business days for us to process your refund request.

  • Once your refund request has been approved, it can take up to 14 business days to receive the refund credit, depending on your bank/payment method.

  • If your subscription to iVisa Plus is refunded, your benefits will terminate immediately.
