How to add missing information on your application form?

In this article, you’ll learn how to:

Step 1:

Go to the iVisa home page and select the “Login” option found at the top right of your screen.

Step 2:

Login to your account by entering either your registered email address and password, or your assigned order number and password - you can find your order number in any of our emails sent to you.

Step 3:

Once you're in your account, go to the top right of your screen and select the arrow next to your name. A menu will open and then select “My orders”.

Step 4:

  • Once you’ve selected “My orders”, the order that needs more information will appear on your screen.

  • To find out what is needed from you, please read the “Action needed” message.

  • Then select “Complete questions”.

Step 5:

You’ll then be taken to the sections in your application form that require more information.

If your application is missing a required document, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Replace” button.

  • Read the instructions, to submit a government-compliant document, before uploading. When you’re ready, click on the “Upload” button.

  • To upload your documents, you can either:

  1. Select a file from your computer.

  2. Select a file from your phone, using a QR code.

  • Once you’ve selected your document, click on the “Save and close” button. Then click on the “Submit application” button.

If your application is missing information, you’ll need to:

  • Read the instructions in red. Then add the missing information.

  • When you are done correcting the information, click on the “submit application” button.

Step 6:

After submitting your application, you’ll be directed back to the home page.

Step 7:

To check the status of your application:

  • Go to the top right of your screen and select the arrow next to your name. A menu will open and then click on the button “My orders”.

  • Select the order you adjusted/completed. Then, you’ll see the status of your order.

  • You will also be able to see that the status of your order changed to "Application in review", which means that our agents are reviewing your answers.

On your phone

Step 1:

  • If you don’t have the app please download it on the App Store or PlayStore.

  • Once downloaded, go to the iVisa App, select “Account”.

  • Login to your account by entering either your registered email address and password, or your assigned order number and password - you can find your order number in any of our emails sent to you.

Step 2:

After logging in, select the “Home” button.

Step 3:

  • Wait for the page to load. Once it has, all your orders will appear.

  • Then, go to the order that says “info needed” in red.

Step 4:

  • Select the “Complete form” button to add the missing information.

  • The questions that need more information will be highlighted.

  • Once you have updated the questions that need to be adjusted, select the “Submit application” button.

Step 5:

If you want to review your application with the updated information, you can go back to your orders and check the one you just completed.

  • “Application in review”, means that our agents received your order and are reviewing your answers to make sure these are government-compliant.
