Need to check your order status? Here's how to do it.

1. Log in to your account.

To check the status of your application, log in to your account and locate the order you'd like to view.

2. Understand the different statuses.

The status of your application depends on the type of visa you applied for. Here's an explanation of each status you might see in your account.

  • We're reviewing your application

You've completed the application successfully, and our team will begin processing it shortly. We prioritize applications based on travel dates, processing speed (Standard, Rush, Super Rush), and typical government processing times.

  • Action required: Provide more information

We require more information from you. After reviewing your application, we've identified which responses need updating to prevent from government rejection. An email detailing the questions and explanations has been sent. Please review your inbox (including spam) to address these items.

  • The government is reviewing your application

Your application is submitted, and we're waiting on the government's response. This stage can take some time. With our high application volume, we're familiar with typical turnaround times, which are communicated during the process. Delays may occur due to local holidays or staffing shortages.

  • We're scheduling your appointment (This status does not apply to eVisas.)

We've reviewed your application and are actively securing the earliest available appointment for you. Our team works daily to find the best time slots for you.

  • Your documents are ready!

The best order status! We've emailed the documents to you, and you're all set! Please check your inbox (and spam) in case you missed them. You can also download them from your iVisa account.

If you have any further questions, contact our team.
